2-3 yards 8" burlap fabric SHOP HERE
Red, white & blue star ribbon (no less then 2 1/2" inches wide)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Measure and Cut Your Burlap

Measure your table length and add 12-18 inches for overhang on each side. Cut your burlap to desired length and about 14-16 inches wide. If needed, iron the burlap to remove wrinkles.
